MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. signed the bill proposing the postponement of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE), three days before the scheduled filing of the Certificates of Candidacy (COC).
In a press briefing at Ilocos Norte on Friday, Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said in Filipino hat Marcos has signed the bill.
