MEGAWORLD Corp. said Monday that it was launching Santé Residences Palawan, its third residential development within the 462-hectare Paragua Coastown ecotourism community in San Vicente.
“We are excited to pioneer this new residential concept in the country," Megaworld Palawan sales and marketing head Javier Romeo Abustan said in a statement.
"We designed this development to be a sanctuary that goes beyond aesthetics by integrating elements of nature and the science of living well in every space,” he added.
“[O]ur vision is to offer a home for the future residents of Santé Residences Palawan nestled in the world’s best island within an environment that nourishes the mind and body."
The development will offer 460 units ranging from studio (up to 32.50 sqm) to three-bedroom bi-level units (up to 179.50 sqm), all with balconies overlooking Pagdanan Bay, the township and nearby forests.
Santé Residences follows Megaworld’s earlier Palawan projects, Paragua Beach Village and Oceanfront Premier Residences, with total expected sales of P6.5 billion and completion slated for 2031.
In addition to residential developments, Megaworld is constructing two 11-story hotels, the Savoy Hotel Palawan and Paragua Sands Hotel, with a combined 617 hotel rooms.
Megaworld’s share price rose by 3 centavos to close at P2.26 each on Monday.
