NABAWAN: A 10-year-old boy suffered an iron stab injury on his right elbow at the Health Clinic, here, on Wednesday.

The District Fire and Rescue Station received an emergency call at 4.44pm and six members led by Operation Commander, Shamri Sapin rushed to the location with machinery.

Firemen who arrived at the location cut the metal using a grinder.

The victim was then handed over to the Health Clinic for further action and the operation ended at 5.04pm.

The semi-permanent house suffered about ten per cent damage in the living room and bedroom but there were no casualties.

The Tenom District Fire and Rescue Station received a call at 9.14am and three members led by Operations Commander, Mohamad Herryzan Epus rushed to the location.
