TFCSB chief operating officer Mohd Syahrizan Mohd Zain said the 34-year-old has signed a one-season contract with the club from July until May 2027.
"Manuel Ott's experience, technical quality and leadership qualities are expected to strengthen TFC ahead of the Malaysia League , which begins in August.
"We believe the Philippines international's return will have a positive impact on our efforts to further enhance the team's standing in Malaysian football," he said.
For the record, Ott first played for Terengganu in 2022 before moving to Kedah for the 2023 season alongside head coach Mohd Nafuzi Zain. He returned to the Turtles midway through the 2024 season.
