Millora-Brown signs with Nagoya team in Japan

Following a single season stint with the Chiba Jets in the Japan B.League, former University of the Philippines Fighting Maroon Quentin Millora-Brown will remain in Japan as he signed with the Nagoya Diamond Dolphins.

The team, located in the host city of the upcoming Asian Games, made the announcement on Friday.

“We are pleased to announce that we have reached a mutual agreement with Quentin Milora Brown on a new player contract for the 2026–27 season,” the team said.

In a statement released by the team, Millora-Brown said he is excited to join Nagoya.

“Hi Dolphins fans, Q here! I’m incredibly excited to join the Dolphins and become part of this organization. With the start of the new B.LEAGUE PREMIER era, I’m looking forward to fighting alongside my teammates and all of you to protect the legacy this club has built and add to it. I play hard every time I step on the court. My goal is to become the kind of player that opponents hate to play against, but teammates love to play with. Defense and setting screens are the two things I take the most pride in. Thank you in advance for all your support. I can’t wait to get started!” he said.

Millora-Brown led the Fighting Maroons to the UAAP championship in 2024, and later played for the Macau Black Bears and the Chiba Jets.

He also suited up or Gilas Pilipinas but he will not be with the Philippine team in the Asian Games in September due to an injury.
