
MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa formally inaugurated the installation of a new tubewell in Shri Guru Ravidas Nagar, Adamwal, aimed at providing clean drinking water to local residents. Speaking on the occasion, Jimpa said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab government is ensuring balanced development across all regions and prioritising areas in need of basic amenities.
He acknowledged the support of sarpanch Kulwinder Kaur and village members Balkar Singh, Nirmala Devi, Amandeep Singh and Desraj in providing land and assistance for the project. The MLA emphasised that the tube well will offer long-awaited relief and a permanent solution to the area’s water issues.
Jimpa instructed officials to complete the work within the set timeline with high quality and assured residents that the government is also working on resolving drainage problems in the village. Prominent attendees included Sunil Kumar, Manish, Jeevan, Raghveer Kaur, Bakhtawar and Rajan.
