A Fox News meteorologist rescued a woman from Hurricane Helene floodwaters in Atlanta.

While covering the storm, Bob Van Dillen, heard a womens' cry for help along Peachtree Creek. The women had driven into the flood and been trapped under her car. After calling 911 the two waited around five minutes when the water levels began to rise. Van Dillen decided to wade into the water and fight strong currents to reach the woman and bring her to a safe and dry area.

After recounting the experience with his Fox News colleagues, the journalist stated that anyone would have done what he did and provided an update on the women stating, "Her husband picked her up, and she's all good,".
