Owner Farhad Moshiri is ready to entirely let go of the club in a deal worth around 600 million.
There is another bidder in MSP Sports Capital that will also be involved until the very last details of the deal are concluded.
However, the Toffees' ability to remain in the Premier League may impact the eventual sale price.
