Manchester United fans have praised Mason Mount for acknowledging them in midweek.
The Red Devils were well beaten at home in the Carabao Cup by Newcastle United.
Despite going into the game after a 3-0 loss to Manchester City on the same ground, United were beaten 3-0 by Newcastle this time around.
Post-game, it appears that only Mount went to applaud the fans who had stayed behind.
