BANGI - DAP leader Tony Pua today told voters that former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak was behind bars today because of they voted for a change in 2018.
He said those who do not want to vote on Nov 19 polls due to the political lethargy since 2020 may be giving underserving candidates to win.
"I would like to state the wave in 2018 saw a corrupt government losing. Today if we (PH) did not win who will be the current prime minister?
"If it was Najib, the 1MDB scandal would be bigger that was we can imagine," Pua told voters during a ceramah here.
The former Damansara MP added that Najib was in prison because of the wave in 2018.
