Chris Matthews, widely known as ‘Lethal Shooter’, recently shared a playful moment with boxing legend Terence Crawford after posting a video of their one-on-one basketball game.

Matthews is a well-known shooting coach in basketball and has worked with several NBA players to refine their shooting mechanics.

Through his training sessions and social media content, he has built a strong reputation within the basketball community, and now he has made ‘Bud’ a victim.

Matthews posted a video on Instagram showing a friendly one-on-one basketball matchup between him and Crawford.

In the clip, the NBA shooting coach joked about the result of the game, claiming he shut out the recently retired boxer.

“Listen here, man, I love Terrence, but in basketball man, c’mon… 10-zip man, you want him to keep recording?” Matthews said.

Crawford quickly pushed back, suggesting they should extend the game.

“Man, get your extra 5 points, we really go to 15, get your extra 5 points,” Crawford replied.

Matthews then continued joking about the exchange, referencing Crawford’s competitive nature.

He added: “Nah. You can tell he is a hustler. He is the dude, you go at 50,000, he be like ‘nah, nah, nah.’ Keep going down, you go down.”

Crawford later reacted to the video himself in the comments section, showing a mix of humor and frustration.

“I didn’t score a bucket @lethalshooter. I’m highly disappointed in myself,” he wrote.

The reaction highlights the demanding mindset that helped ‘Bud’ reach the very top of boxing.

Even after retiring from professional boxing following a historic run that included multiple world titles and undisputed championships, Crawford’s competitive mentality clearly remains intact.
