Kota Kinabalu: EMMANUEL Loh (14) and Rachel Chu (19) have brought pride to the nation and Sabah by excelling in swimming competitions at both state and national levels.

Both are members of the Sea Dragon Swimming Club, and are set to represent Sabah at the Sukma Games in August in Sarawak. Under the guidance of their coach, Tammy Wong, they are preparing to compete at their best.

Emmanuel, who would be 15 in August, had shown extraordinary prowess in the sport he has been passionate about since seven.

He represented Malaysia in various competitions, including the Southeast Asia Swimming Championships at Bukit Jalil in 2022, where he secured fourth place in the 100-metre breaststroke.
