PAPAR: A newborn baby was found abandoned under a stilt house in Kampung Sapat, here, Tuesday.
The houseowner found the unclothed baby on the ground in the cold after hearing incessant cries at about 4am, according to police.
He immediately called out to his wife to bring a towel to cover the child.
