MANILA, Philippines — The Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD) on Wednesday said no flooding had been reported in any part of the city as of noon despite continuous rains brought by inclement weather.
In a flood update issued at 12 p.m., the MCDRRMD said all monitored roads remained passable.
