PAPAR: Barisan Nasional (BN) Sabah slammed certain quarters for playing on local party issues as a propaganda to mislead voters in the 15th General Election (GE15).
Its Chairman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin said accusing that BN Sabah or Umno is not a local party and not dominated by locals is completely baseless because no outsiders were made leaders in the coalition in the State.
He said some unscrupulous quarters were trying to confuse the people by making non-issue accusations, despite knowing that BN and Umno in Sabah have been given the autonomy in determining decisions related to Sabah.
