MANILA, Philippines — Number coding remains in effect across Metro Manila on Wednesday except in Quezon City, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) in a message to The Manila Times.
The exemption in Quezon City is in observance of Quezon City Day, which marks the birth anniversary of former president Manuel L. Quezon, the MMDA said.
Motorists are advised to remain alert for further announcements through the MMDA's official social media pages.
For emergency and realtime flood updates, the agency said that the public may call to their 136 hotline.
