Past midnight after election day it's the numbers game yet again.
Both sides claim they'll have the numbers required to form a government.
Our tally clearly shows both Anwar and Muhyiddin need support from UMNO to reach that magic number of 112 from MPs to form a government.
On the morning after election day, Muhyiddin announced on Facebook he met with Hadi and Abang Johari the Premier of Sarawak, at his home.
A letter from Abang Johari followed soon after, showing his intention to support Muhyiddin as PM. He cited that PN will combine with BN and other parties from Sabah and Sarawak.

Later in the day, we heard denials that the BN-UMNO coalition is not supporting Muhyiddin with a statement released to the press by Zahid as BN party chairman.

Meanwhile, calls kept coming for Zahid to resign as UMNO President. That includes calls from the Menteri Besar of Johor who was the first to do so on the morning after the election and members from his own party and others from the BN coalition to accept responsibility for the massive defeat in GE15.
By all counts, Zahid has lost his credibility as party President and Chairman of the BN coalition.
Close to midnight, Muhyiddin informed the press that he has the definitive numbers and was planning to show support from UMNO members who would not leave their own party but were willing to give their votes to Muhyiddin as Prime Minister.

Apparently, it appears that the list might not include Zahid who is expected to side with Anwar and PH coalition.
By 2:00 pm two days after the election we are looking at a new government blessed by the King and it might not be led by Anwar as many had hoped for including Anwar himself who kept saying he has the numbers.

It looks like fate has intervened yet again to stop Anwar who has waited 24 years from becoming Prime Minister of Malaysia.
But then again you'll never know until later in the day, way past 2:00 pm on 22nd November before we can say for sure who'll be PM10.
