Ostersunds veteran Aly Keita is backing Graham Potter for success with Chelsea.
Keita, 33, worked with Potter when he was head coach at Ostersunds in Sweden.
He told the Ostersunds-Posten: "It is great. He is a great coach who should be coaching one of the biggest clubs in the world.
"I think it will work perfectly.
"He is himself, it doesn't matter if it's big stars or lesser-known players."
