It took nearly three hours for firefighters to douse the flames after a fire broke out at a vacant plot behind the Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Panchkula.
Three fire brigade vehicles and an earth-moving machine were pressed into service after a fire broke out.
No injuries were reported in this incident.
Upon receiving the information, a police team led by Sector 21 post in-charge Didar Singh had arrived at the scene.
The police removed the vehicles parked nearby to a safer location to prevent any major damage from the spread of the fire.
