PAPAR: Three locals, aged between 17 and 24, believed involved in a burglary, were detained in separate locations, here, Thursday.
District Police Chief DSP Kamaruddin Ambo Sakka said the operation was carried out after thorough investigation and monitoring following a police report of a burglary that took place in a house at Kampung Kelanahan Rimba.
Based on the report, the complaint was made by a victim who informed police that unidentified individual broke into his house and stole a mobile phone worth RM900.
Kamaruddin said the operation was carried out on Thursday which led to the arrest of three individuals in separate locations and a mobile phone matching the victim’s description was seized.
