Parts of Metro Manila and Laguna to have power interruptions due to maintenance works

MANILA, Philippines  —Some areas in Metro Manila and Laguna will have power interruptions this week because of maintenance works, Meralco said on Sunday.

In Metro Manila, some places in Brgy. Sangandaan, Caloocan City, and the whole of University Hills Subd. excluding Dunwoody St. in Brgy. Potrero, Malabon City will have no electricity on May 18-19 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of line reconductoring works along Samson Road in Brgy. Sangandaan.

In Pasig City, some locations in Brgy. Kapitolyo will have power interruptions on May 20 between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. because of the replacement of primary electricity facilities along Shaw Blvd., Brgy. Kapitolyo.

In Quezon City, some locations in Brgy. Krus na Ligas will have no power on May 22-23 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. due to the replacement of hazardous electricity poles along V. Francisco St. in Brgy. Krus na Ligas.

In Manila City, some areas in Ermita and Paco will have no electricity on May 24 between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. because of line reconductoring work along United Nations Ave. in Paco, Manila.

In Laguna, a portion of Silangan Road from near V. Menguito St. to and including Lapis Lazuli Event Place in Brgy. Bayog, Los Baños will have no power on May 19 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the relocation of electricity facilities and line reconstruction work along Silangan Road.

A portion of V. Menguito St. from Villanueva St. to and including Kanluran St. in the villages of Mayondon and Bayo in Los Baños will have no electricity on May 20-21 between 11:30 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. because of the relocation of electricity facilities and line reconstruction work.

Also, some parts of Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Sta. Rosa City will have power interruptions on May 21-22 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of the relocation of electricity facilities.
