MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila, Rizal and Cavite will have water interruptions this week because of maintenance works, Manila Water Company Inc. and Maynilad Water Services Inc. said on Sunday.
Manila Water said some parts of UP Campus in Quezon City will have no water on May 18-19 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of pipe crossover activities along Palaris in front of UP Bethany Baptist Church.
Some areas in the villages of Socorro and Masagana in Quezon City will have service interruptions on May 19-20 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of step testing works at Main Ave. corner 15th Ave. , Liberty Ave. corner 15th Ave , and Diego Silang St. corner 20th Ave. to detect leaks.
Also, some portions of Brgy. Kamuning will have water interruptions on May 20-21 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to the replacement of a line meter in a water system along Kamuning Road cor KE/KF.
In Taguig City, some portions of Brgy. Western Bicutan will have no water on May 19-20 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of step testing activities at EP Housing Phase 1, while some locations in Brgy. Upper Bicutan will have water interruptions on May 21-22 between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. also because of step testing activities.
In Pasig City, some areas in Brgy. Pinagbuhatan will have water service interruptions on May 20-21 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to declogging activities.
In Rizal, some places in Brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo will have no water on May 19-20 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of leak repairs.
Some locations in the villages of San Juan and Muzon in Taytay; some places in the villages of San Isidro, Kalayan, Sto. Nino, San Vicente, San Roque, Bagumbayan, San Pedro, Poblacion Itaas, Poblacion Ibaba in Angono; and some areas in Brgy. Pag-Asa in Binangonan will have water interruptions on May 19-20 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of zero pressure testing activities along a part of National Rd. in Brgy. San Juan, Taytay, Rizal to test system integrity.
Also, parts of Brgy. San Isidro, in Rodriguez will have service interruptions on May 19-20 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to line meter and strainer declogging activities at Eastwood Residences and Eastwood Greenview.
Meanwhile, Maynilad said several areas in the villages of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 74, 75, 76, 78 and 81 in Tondo, Manila City will have water interruptions on May 18-19 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. due to a physical water audit at Moriones Street.
Several places in the villages of 124, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 177 and 179, 180, 181 and 182 in Tondo will have no water on May 17-24 between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. because of leak exploration.
Some places in Brgy. 649 in Tondo will also have service interruptions on May 18-25 between 11:01 p.m. and 3 a.m. because of leak exploration activities.
In Binondo, some areas in the villages of 292, 294, 295, 296, 297, 298, 299, 300 301, 303, 304 and 305 will have no water service on May 18-25 between 11:01 p.m. and 3 a.m. because of leak exploration, as well as some areas in the villages of 835, 836, 837, 838, 839, 840 and 865 in Pandacan.
In Sampaloc, some portions of Brgy. 524, Brgy. 525, Brgy. 529, Brgy. 532, Brgy. 533 and Brgy. 535 will have service interruptions on May 18-25 between 11:01 p.m. and 3 a.m. because of leak exploration activities, as well as some places in the villages of 306, 307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 313 and 315 in Santa Cruz.
Some parts of Brgy. 313, Brgy. 314, Brgy. 329, Brgy. 330 and Brgy. 335 in Santa Cruz will have water service interruptions on May 17-24 between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. because of leak exploration works.
Some areas in the villages of 396, 397, 398, 399, 400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 430, 457 and 460 in also in Santa Cruz will have water service interruptions on May 19-25 between 12:01 a.m. and 3 a.m. because of leak exploration.
Several places in the villages of 198 to 220 and 202-A and some areas in the villages of 36, 39, 40 and 187 to 197 in Caloocan City will have service interruptions on May 18-20 between 12 a.m. and 3 a.m. because of leak exploration activities.
Some parts of Brgy. 165 in Caloocan City will have water interruptions on May 18-19 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of network maintenance.
In Valenzuela City, some parts of Brgy. Gen. T. De Leon and Begy. Parada will have water interruptions on May 18-19 between 12:01 a.m. and 4 a.m. because of network maintenance works.
Some places in Brgy. Batasan Hills, Quezon City will have no water on May 18-19 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. due to decommissioning works, while some locations in Baesa will have no water on May 18-19 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. due to a dry run at Quirino Highway corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City.
In Imus City, Cavite, several places in the villages of Alapan I-C, Anabu I-A, Anabu I-B, Anabu I-C, Anabu I-D, Anabu I-E, Anabu I-F, Anabu II-A, Anabu II- B, Anabu II-C, Anabu II-D, Anabu II-E, Bayan Luma I, Bayan Luma II, Bayan Luma III, Bayan Luma IV, Bayan Luma V, Bayan Luma VI, Bayan Luma VII, Bayan Luma VIII, Bayan Luma IX, Bukandala III, Bukandala IV, Bukandala V, Carsadang Bago I, Carsadang Bago II, Malagasang 1-A, Malagasang I-B, Malagasang I-C, Malagasang I-D, Malagasang I-E, Malagasang I-F, Malagasang I-G, Medicion I-B, Poblacion III-B, Poblacion IV-B, Poblacion IV-D, and Tanzang Luma VI will have no water on May 19-22 between 5 a.m. and 1 a.m. because of high water demand.
