
MANILA, Philippines — Several roads in Pasay City will be closed from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2026 for a marathon event, the Pasay Traffic and Parking Management Office said on Saturday.
The temporary closure for the Rev Tri City Half Marathon 2026 will cover the route from Quirino Grandstand to Roxas Boulevard southbound, Bukaneg Street, Sotto Street, Atang dela Rama, Diokno Street up to the Senate U-turn, Buendia Extension, and Jalandoni Street northbound.
Traffic officials said zipper lanes would be in place at Sotto Street on the PICC and Star City side, Atang dela Rama on the PICC side, and Buendia Extension.
Motorists are advised to take alternate routes and plan their trips ahead to avoid delays during the six-hour road closure.
The road closure, according to the advisory, is meant to ensure the safety of participants and allow the smooth staging of the race.
