Fans flood virtual queues as BTS Arirang Tour tickets for Dec 12-13 in Kuala Lumpur sell out quickly

TICKETS for the highly anticipated BTS World Tour “Arirang Tour” concerts in Malaysia triggered intense online excitement after sales opened yesterday, with fans flooding the virtual queue in hopes of securing seats.

The South Korean group BTS is scheduled to perform in Kuala Lumpur on Dec 12 and 13.

Fans, collectively known as the BTS Army, reported overwhelming demand as thousands joined the online ticketing system simultaneously.

One Malaysian fan shared her emotional reaction on social media after successfully purchasing her ticket, even posting a video showing the moment her transaction was confirmed.

“For the first time, I battled on my own with only a headphone. Then the words ‘Payment Successful’ appeared. I felt like crying and screaming. See you then, Malaysian Army,” she wrote.

The clip showed her visibly overwhelmed after completing the purchase, before standing up in excitement and covering her face in disbelief.

She also shared a screenshot of her booking confirmation, revealing that she had secured a ticket for the Dec 12 show at 7.30pm.

The post quickly gained traction among fans, many of whom congratulated her while also joking about the intense competition for tickets, with some noting the massive number of users in the online queue.

Other fans shared similar experiences, describing nervous waits in the queue, emotional moments during checkout and relief after successfully securing seats using different devices.

Despite the high demand and frustration for some who missed out, many netizens expressed happiness to her, adding to the overall celebratory mood among the fandom.
