  • The 58-year-old actor confirmed he was rushed to hospital on Sunday after experiencing a spinal cord stroke.
  • King shared an Instagram post from his hospital bed, expressing gratitude for the "love and kindness" he received.
  • Despite initial paralysis, he has since regained his ability to walk, though he described his legs as "jelly".
  • A spinal stroke is a rare condition, accounting for 1.25 per cent of all strokes, caused by a disruption in blood supply to the spinal cord.
