Kota Kinabalu: Penampang Preppies Swimming Club (PPSC) emerged overall champions at the 54th Sabah Invitational Age Group Swimming Championships 2022 organised by Sabah Aquatic Sports Association (Sasa) at the Aquatic Centre, Kota Kinabalu Sports Complex over the weekend.
They collected 49 golds, 52 silvers and 54 bronzes to top the medal tally followed by second placed Sea Dragon Swimming Club (SDSC) with 34 gold, 25 silver, 26 bronze medals and SSA Swimming Club (SSA) with 17 golds, 20 silvers and 10 bronzes in third place.
The other participating clubs were Blue Marlin Swimming Club, PJMS Aquatic Swimming Club (PJMS), and invited teams Labuan Aquatic Association (PAL) and Sabah Malaysia Sports School (SSMS).
