Kota Kinabalu: A delegation from Persatuan Perunding Malaysia Rumah Keduaku Sabah (PPMRKS) led by its President Jenny Ngu met with State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Christina Liew at the latter’s office at Wisma Tun Fuad Stephens, Kota Kinabalu, on Monday.

Several matters relating to the requirements of the Sabah-Malaysia My Second Home (Sabah-MM2H) programme were discussed.

“We will look into some of the requests made by the Association,” said Liew, who is also Chairman of the State Sabah-MM2H Programme.

Ngu proposed a revision of the Sabah-MM2H Agent Fees structure and sought support for PPMRKS’s roadshows and international promotion of the programme.

“We request the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment (KePKAS) to continue supporting our promotional efforts by subsidising part of our costs, and covering our exhibition booth fees. This will enable Sabah to remain competitive in attracting quality participants globally,” she said.

Established on May 16, 2025, PPMRKS represents licensed agents and stakeholders who are actively promoting Sabah as a “second” home destination. Also present were the Permanent Secretary to KePKAS, Datuk Josie Lai, and Chairman of the State Economic Advisory Council, Tan Sri David Chu.
