Under the guidance of Chancellor Gurdeep Singh Sihra, the GNA University in Phagwara organised its “Young Achievers Award Ceremony-2026” at the university auditorium to honour and felicitate students who secured more than 80% marks in their Class XII CBSE Examinations. The event marked a grand celebration of academic success, motivation and encouragement for future aspirations.

Vice-Chancellor Hemant Sharma attended the programme as the chief guest. In his address, Sharma congratulated students for their exceptional achievements and encouraged them to remain focused, disciplined and innovative in their future endeavours. He emphasised the importance of quality education and continuous learning in the mdoern competitive world.

A motivational session was delivered by Sameer Varma, dean, GNA Business School. He motivated students to dream big and pursue their goals with confidence and determination. Presenting real-life experiences to provide practical guidance, he encouraged students to believe in their potential and work consistently towards success.

During the ceremony, meritorious students were felicitated with certificates and mementos as a token of recognition for their academic performance. The “Young Achievers Award Ceremony-2026” reflected GNA University’s commitment towards promoting and recognising academic excellence, and encouraging young talent to achieve greater heights in education.

Several dignitaries, including Kunal Bains, Registrar, GNA University; Vikrant Sharma, Dean, Engineering Department; CR Tripathi, Dean, School Of Engineering, Design and Automation; and Deepak Sharma, Dean, School of Hospitality, were present during the programme. All dignitaries appreciated the hard work and dedication shown by the students and conveyed their best wishes for their bright futures.
