PHILIPPINE National Bank (PNB), through its securities brokerage subsidiary, has partnered with ATRAM Trust Corp. to expand access to investment products for Filipino investors.
The agreement establishes an institutional trust agent partnership between PNB Securities Inc. and ATRAM, combining the bank’s client network and the brokerage firm’s investment distribution capabilities with ATRAM’s asset and wealth management expertise.
PNB President and CEO Edwin Bautista said the partnership would give clients more investment options as they work toward their financial goals.
“At PNB, we continuously seek strategic partnerships that create greater value for our clients,” Bautista said. “Through this collaboration with ATRAM and PNB Securities, we are broadening the investment solutions available to our clients and giving them greater choice as they work toward their long-term financial goals.”
PNB Securities President Manuel Antonio Lisbona said the arrangement would help connect clients with a wider range of investment opportunities suited to different financial objectives and risk profiles.
The partnership forms part of PNB’s efforts to strengthen its wealth management business by expanding the investment solutions it could offer through its banking and securities operations.
ATRAM Trust Corp. President Deanno Basas said access to investment expertise was important for investors pursuing long-term financial goals.
“Building wealth is a long-term journey that requires both discipline and access to the right expertise,” Basas said. “This partnership allows us to combine our respective capabilities to help investors make informed decisions and pursue their financial goals with greater confidence.”
As of end-April 2026, ATRAM said it was managing approximately P488 billion in assets.
The partnership was formalized at a signing ceremony last month at ATRAM’s office in Rockwell Center, Makati City, attended by executives from both institutions.
On Wednesday, PNB shares rose P0.45, or 0.61 percent, to close at P74.50 amid a 1.48-percent downturn for the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index.
