RANAU: Promotions of members and civil servants in the police force is a trust to ensure government policies are implemented with excellence.
Ranau District Police Chief DSP Simiun Lomudin said the trust should be used to perform their duties diligently.
“Make promotion a motivational catalyst to work harder to achieve excellence in the tasks entrusted to you,” he said, at a promotion ceremony at the Ranau District Police Headquarters recently.
One member was promoted to Corporal and four others from Constable to Lance Corporal, five civil servants received promotion from N19 to N22 and grade S19 to S22.

Also present were Head of the District Management Division, ASP Jailix Amindang, Head of the District Special Branch, ASP Helvin Ribus, Head of the District Criminal Investigation Division, ASP Nurul Hafidz bin Mohd Derus, as well as senior officers and police station chiefs.
“Whatever challenges we face, make it a catalyst to continue to commit to carrying out our responsibilities as a Police Officer. Always display a job performance that makes all parties proud,” Simiun said.
