PRYCE Corp. saw net income in the first nine months of 2026 grow by 15.4 percent to P3.45 billion, an increase of P461 million from the P2.99 billion recorded a year earlier and driven mainly by higher average contract prices for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
Based on previous financial statements and a disclosure on Tuesday, the company’s consolidated revenues in the period rose 14 percent, or P2.2 billion, to P19.17 billion from P16.97 billion in the same period last year.
Pryce said its LPG and industrial gases segment was the largest revenue contributor, generating P17.70 billion and accounting for 92.06 percent of total revenues.
Its real estate and memorial park operations added another P293 million and pharmaceutical products, P36 million.
The company also declared cash dividends of P0.33 per common share, payable on Dec. 11, 2026 to stockholders of record as of Nov. 13, 2026.
Pryce further announced that its board had approved engaging the services of an investment bank to assess the feasibility of listing the shares it owns in Pryce Gases Inc. on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) via a property dividend declaration.
Following a previous disclosure on the removal of the pharmaceutical business as part of its subsidiary companies, Pryce said this would be the last report that will include the performance of pharmaceutical products as part of its consolidated financial statement.
Pryce Corp. shares closed unchanged on Tuesday at P16.60 each amid a 0.14-percent uptick for the benchmark PSE index.
