Queen Camilla joined by actor who played her husband in Wimbledon Royal Box as she watches Arthur Fery

Queen Camilla made her annual visit to Wimbledon on Wednesday, accompanied in the Royal Box by Dominic West, the actor famed for his portrayal of King Charles III in Netflix's The Crown.

This marks her fourth consecutive year attending the All England Club on Day 10 of the prestigious two-week tournament.

Dressed in a light blue ensemble, Her Majesty took her seat on Centre Court to witness the women's quarter-final clash between Jasmine Paolini and Marta Kostyuk.

Among the other notable figures in the exclusive Royal Box were actor Elle Fanning and West, an Emmy nominee for his compelling performance as the monarch.

Ukrainian star Kostyuk won her first ever match on Centre Court as she breezed past Paolini 6-3, 6-2 to book her place in the semi-finals. She will meet Linda Noskova in the final four on Thursday after the Czech star beat Belgium’s Elise Mertens in straight sets on Court One.

Following Kostyuk's victory, Queen Camilla offered a surprise handshake to the next players due on court, British wildcard Arthur Fery and Italy's Flavio Cobolli, as they prepared for their match. Earlier in the day, she engaged with a ball boy and ball girl, alongside several long-serving staff members of the All England Club.

Fery and Cobolli took to the court at around 3pm BST, and the Brit delivered a stunning performance in front of Queen Camilla to seal a 6-4, 7-6, 6-0 victory as he moved into the semi-finals. It was a remarkable display from Fery, as he stunned Cobolli, who had reached the French Open final just a month earlier.

Fery is now due to face French Open champion Alexander Zverev in the semi-finals after the German star beat Taylor Firtz in straight sets on Court One, while on the other side of the draw Jannik Sinner will meet Novak Djokovic in a mouthwatering contest on Friday.

Queen Camilla’s visit follows that of the Princess of Wales, Kate, who, as patron of the All England Club, attended last week. The Princess met fans in the renowned Wimbledon queue and watched matches alongside two-time champion Andy Murray.
