MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said rains will continue on Monday in Bicol and Romblon due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
Weather specialist Charmagne Varilla said on Sunday that the ITCZ will bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains in Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.
Mainland Luzon will have hot and humid weather on Monday.
