Air defence systems have been activated in central Iran after hostilities with Israel flared up again overnight, local media reported on Monday.
The air defence is fending off attacks in Yazd province, Iranian news agency Mehr said.
The mountains of the desert region are home to several missile sites.
There was initially no further information available.
