Hoffenheim's Ivory Coast winger Bazoumana Touré is set to join Premier League Newcastle United, German media reports said on Thursday.
The 20-year-old is being linked with a €50 million ($57 million) move to north-east England, which would be a record transfer income for the Bundesliga side.
Newcastle need a new left winger after selling England's Anthony Gordon to Barcelona.
Broadcaster Sky Germany and Kicker magazine said he would soon undergo a medical following Ivory Coast's exit from the World Cup.
