MANILA, Philippines —The Manila Police District (MPD) announced that several roads would be closed for the Queer Kalye Escolate Pedestrian Sunday Market starting 9 p.m. on Sunday.
In a Facebook post, the MPD said the road closure covered the stretch of Escolta St. from T. Pinpin St. to Banquero St.; the stretch of Burke St. from Dasmariñas St. to Muelle del Nacional; and the stretch of Martinez St. from T. Pinpin St. to Burke St.
The MPD said that the opening of the roads would be based on the traffic situation.
