Sam Neill enjoys life on farm in one of his final Instagram videos

Sam Neill posted a clip of himself harvesting olives in one of his final Instagram videos uploaded weeks before his death aged 78.

The Peaky Blinders and Jurassic Park star died in Sydney, Australia, on Monday, his family confirmed.

Neill was best known for playing Dr Alan Grant in the blockbuster dinosaur franchise, and was also praised for his portrayal of Inspector Campbell in Steven Knight's TV series.

Neill lived on a farm and winery named Two Paddocks in the Central Otago region of New Zealand.

Footage posted on his Instagram account in June showed Neill harvesting olives.
