MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Third Division has allowed former House Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez to attend his pre-trial proceedings via videoconference on Friday, September 25.
Third Division Clerk of Court lawyer Dennis Pulma confirmed the development to The Manila Times on Thursday.
Romualdez is facing a P7.4-billion plunder case before the Sandiganbayan. He previously pleaded not guilty to the charges during a Sept. 16 hearing conducted via videoconference from the New Quezon City Jail infirmary.
