THE TWO siblings who had been reported missing four days ago have been safely located in Gombak.
Kajang Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Naazron Abdul Yusof confirmed that 15-year-old Nur Syafiqah Elliana Muhammad Rizuan Sebastian and her 10-year-old brother, Muhammad Adam Mikhail, were found on Saturday, February 15.
According to The Star, the children's mother was notified of their discovery around 8pm on Saturday and has since brought them home, Naazron stated in a phone interview on Monday, February 17.
Both children are reported to be in good health and are now under the care of their mother.
The siblings were last seen at their home in Blok Mawar, Taman Harmoni 5, Jalan Harmoni, Seri Kembangan, on February 13. Their disappearance was reported to the police at 2:48 AM on Friday, February 14.
Police had issued a public appeal for help in locating the siblings after their disappearance. According to Naazron, Nur Syafiqah is approximately 140 cm tall, weighs around 40 kg, and has a slim build with short hair.
She was last seen wearing a dark-colored sweater, dark tracksuit pants, and purple Crocs slippers. Her younger brother, Muhammad Adam, is about 135 cm tall, weighs 30 kg, and has a slim build with short hair.
The successful recovery of the siblings brought relief to their family, and they are now safely back home. – February 17, 2025
