KUALA LUMPUR – Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says that he believes Sembrong Member of Parliament will change his mind about refusing to work with the coalition.
Earlier, former Senior Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said he would rather be sacked than having to work with PH.
However, Anwar said that Hishammuddin had rejected PH or a DAP government, but at the moment it was unity government.
“Yea, he rejected PH, DAP, but this is essentially a coalition or a unity government.
“There is no DAP government. I believe he will revise his view,” he said in a press conference at a hotel, here, today.
In a Facebook post today, Hishamuddin said he was against any cooperation with PH to form the next government.
