
Kota Kinabalu: Shan Tao held the Shan Tao Kindergarten Unduk Ngadau & Buvazoi Kaamatan Competition 2024 at the Sacred Heart Church Parish Center in Kota Kinabalu, recently.
Rev. Father Paul Lo and Chairman Christopher Voo blew the “Sumpit” to puncture the balloons, and the directors held a handful of rice and put it into the “Kadazan Tajao” ceremony to kick off the viewing competition.
Some 88 children wore traditional and unique Kadazan costumes. The results of the Unduk Ngadau are as follows:
Elianna Natania Binti Bonrinal (champion), first runner-up Giselle Anaia Zico Darwin; second runner-up Cynthia Garcia Jeffery.
