MANILA, Philippines — Meralco said on Sunday that some areas in Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, and Rizal will have power interruptions this week because of maintenance works.
In Metro Manila, some parts of Brgy. Pasong Putik in Novaliches, Quezon City, and some areas in Camarin, Caloocan City will have no power on March 17 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of line reconductoring works and the replacement of electricity facilities along Malamig Drive in Maligaya Park Novaliches Subd.
Also, some areas in Brgy. Sauyo, Quezon City will have power interruptions on March 18-19 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of line reconductoring works and the replacement of electricity poles.
In Pasay City, some places in Metropolitan Park and its surrounding areas will have no electricity on March 19 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. because of the installation of primary line facilities in Metropolitan Park.
In Parañaque City, some locations in Brgy. Don Bosco will have power interruptions on March 19 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. due to the replacement of an electricity pole and the installation of additional primary facilities.
In Batangas, several areas in the villages of San Agustin, San Felix, San Joaquin, San Jose, San Juan, San Vicente, Sta. Ana and Sta. Elena will have no electricity on March 15-16 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the installation of electricity facilities and line reconstruction works along Maharlika Highway in Poblacion, Alaminos, Laguna, and also because of the relocation of electricity poles due to a road widening project along Maharlika Highway in San Pablo City, Laguna.
In Laguna, several locations in the villages of Del Carmen, Palma, San Agustin, San Andres, San Benito, San Gregorio, San Ildefonso, San Juan, San Miguel, San Roque and Sta. Rosa in Alaminos; some places in Brgy. Bitin in Bay and in Brgy. Limao in Calauan; and several areas in the villages of San Crispin, San Nicolas, San Rafael, San Roque, and the city proper in San Pablo will have no power on March 15-16 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the installation of electricity facilities and line reconstruction works along Maharlika Highway in Poblacion, Alaminos, and the relocation of electricity poles due to a road widening project along Maharlika Highway in San Pablo City.
In Quezon, some places in the villages of Bukal Norte and Bukal Sur in Candelaria will have power interruptions on March 16 between 10:30 p.m and 11:59 p.m. because of line maintenance works and the installation of electricity poles and primary lines in Brgy. Bukal Sur.
In Cavite, some parts of Brgy. Bayan Luma 2, Brgy. Bayan Luma 3, Brgy. Bayan Luma 5, Brgy. Bayan Luma 6, and Brgy. Bucandala III in Imus will have power interruptions on March 17-18 between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. because of line reconstruction works.
Some areas in Brgy. Bancal, Carmona will have no power on March 21 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of line reconstruction works.
In Rizal, some locations in Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City will have no electricity on March 17-18 between 11:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. because of line reconductoring works.
Also, some places in the villages of Macamot, Tatala, and Kalawaan in Binangonan will have power interruptions on March 17 between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. because of line conversion works.
