Tottenham are ready to secure the signature of Ashley Phillips from Blackburn Rovers.
The Premier League giants want to sign the 18-year-old in a cut price deal this summer.
Per The Mail, Spurs have agreed on a 3 million deal to bring Phillips to North London.
The highly rated young defender has played for England at various youth level age groups.
He has also played for the Rovers senior team, playing eight times in the league and six times in other competitions.
Spurs would likely place Phillips with the Under-21s for his first season at the club.
