Kota Kinabalu: Tabs Safa Bandaraya are hoping to continue their good start in the new year at the BFC Cup Open football tournament in Kota Marudu this Saturday.
They will be represented by two Under-8 and two Under-10 teams at the one-day competition organised by Base Football Club at the town field.
Tabs Safa Bandaraya deputy chairman Lokman Sunggim is confident the players will give their best and hopes they will repeat their success in the Sanquick and Fatos Sport Cup in Penampang recently, where they won both categories.
“I am confident all four teams will do well in the competition as coach Suryadi Hj Sarman who will be assisted by three other coaches has briefed me on the teams’ preparation for the past few days.
