
TAWAU: A 15-year-old foreign girl and two local men were arrested in connection with a break-in at a Felda Umas 1 office early Thursday.
District police chief ACP Jasmin Hussin said the girl was caught while trying to flee the scene, following a tip-off and swift action by the district’s Criminal Investigation Division with help from residents and workers.
A second suspect, 28, was arrested at a house in Block 5, Felda Umas at 5.10pm, while the third, 26, was detained at a supermarket along Jalan Utara.

A damaged office gate and missing items including a laptop, speaker, smartphone and bank token were reported, with police still determining the total loss.
