realme Malaysia has just announced the launch of its latest GT 8 Pro powerhouse smartphone. Here’s a quick look at it.
It also comes with a large 7,000mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging, along with a 7000mm² cooling system that helps maintain optimal temperatures even during prolonged gaming sessions.
In terms of design, the smartphone debuts the first-ever switchable camera deco system, replacing conventional round or square camera islands with customizable Circle, Square, or Robot designs.
Photography-wise, the GT 8 Pro boasts a high-quality RICOH GR main camera with a 7P High-Transmittance lens for consistent, true-to-life imaging. It also includes classic RICOH GR film tones and offers 28mm and 40mm focal options for creative shooting. Plus, a 200MP telephoto camera delivers clear, detailed images with 3x, 6x, and 12x zoom.
Launching alongside the standard model, the GT 8 Pro Dream Edition is a design showcase co-created with the Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team, bringing a bold motorsport character to the GT series.
Finished in Aston Martin Racing Green with Lime Essence accents, it features a central silver Aston Martin emblem and an Aerodynamic Flow Line for a premium, authentic look.
The switchable camera bump also adopts racing-inspired styling, while the custom F1-themed interface — including AMR25 dynamic wallpapers and track-sound GT Mode — enhances the experience.
In addition, realme Malaysia has released the Buds Clip open-ear earbuds, featuring a lightweight 5.3g build, ergonomic C-shaped bridge made from flexible memory titanium alloy, and the brand’s proprietary NextBass Algorithm for enhanced sound quality.
