LAHAD DATU: Police seized three motorcycles and issued 12 summons during Ops Samseng Jalanan held from 9pm to 4.45am on Saturday at several locations here.

Acting District Police Chief Supt Jimmy Panyau said the operation targeted street thugs, especially reckless motorcyclists, with hotspots identified in Jalan Pan Borneo, Bandar Fajar, Bandar Sri Perdana, and Jalan Airport.

Offences included riding without a license, missing side mirrors, and illegal exhaust modifications.

Jimmy stressed that police will continue firm enforcement to ensure road safety and urged the public to follow traffic laws and report such activities.
