Tom Holland has hailed England football captain Harry Kane as “incredibly gifted” and a “real role model” ahead of the team’s World Cup last-16 tie against Mexico.
In an interview with BBC, the Spiderman actor, 30, said how Kane was “someone that I really look up to” and has “great tenacity”.
He added: “ I love that he loves his family and that he seems like he is just a bit of a regular guy at the end of the day.”
England face the daunting prospect of ending Mexico’s 13-year unbeaten run at the Azteca Stadium in what promises to be a compelling World Cup 2026 last-16 clash.
