SHAH ALAM - Toh Puan Mahani Idris, the wife of former finance minister and veteran politician Tun Daim Zainuddin has died on Sunday.
This was confirmed by a close source.
“It is with a heavy heart to inform everyone that Mami (Toh Puan Mahani) has returned peacefully to the Almighty,” the source said.
However, the cause of death has yet to be disclosed.
Mahani's remains would be brought to the Hidayat surau in Seri Kembangan and she will be laid to rest at the Mont Kiara Muslim cemetery.
