The Bhikhiwind police have registered a case against two residents of Sursingh village for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl on the pretext of marriage.
The accused have been identified as Gurpinder Singh (prime accused), alias Goldy, and Pungi, both residents of Sursingh village.
Investigating Officer ASI Kulwinder Pal of the Bhikhiwind police said the girl was allegedly abducted on the night of May 5 while her family members were asleep at their house.
